Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers, up to five pages in length including text, figures and references.

The papers accepted and presented at conference will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore, as well as other abstracng and indexing databases.
All submissions must be written in English. Initial as well as final papers will be limited to a length of 5 pages and must be prepared according to the IEEE template.
- Do not add any page numbering, header or footer.
- Make sure that an A4 format (not letter size) is submitted.
- Make sure your submission is IEEExplore compatible (embedded fonts, etc.).
- The work should contain a concise presentation of the main contribution, its relevance, and its relation to prior work. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed for their quality, correctness, originality, and relevance.
Submissions must be uploaded on EDAS. If you don’t have your own EDAS account yet, please create one at http://www.edas.info. Ensure that your complete affiliation including your postal address, phone, fax and email, is up to date.
Authors will be asked to submit a final manuscript (maximum 5 pages with up to two additional pages after payment of a paper overlength fee of 200 PLN per page) after their submitted paper has been accepted by the reviewers. The conference proceedings will only contain papers that are presented at the conference. At least one author per paper must register at the full rate until July 29th, 2016. Students submitting papers must also register at the full rate.

1. Revise your Paper
Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it.
2. IEEE PDF eXpress
Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if your paper is Xplore compatible. ISWCS 2016 conference ID is 37670XP.

3. Submit your Paper
To submit your Final paper, please go to EDAS, click on the “My Papers” button, and then upload your paper on the link provided.

4. IEEE Copyright Form
Before you upload your camera-ready paper, you will need to submit your copyright form using the EDAS electronic copyright mechanism. Please follow the link provided on the paper submission page.
One full registration can cover up to two papers. Failure to register before the deadline will result in a withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings. Any paper included in the conference program, but not presented at the conference according to the published schedule will not appear in the official proceedings.

No-show policy
No-show papers are defined as papers submitted by authors who subsequently did not present the paper in person (no videos, no remote cast) at the conference. No-show papers that were not withdrawn and were published in the Proceedings must be identified as “No-Show” in the files submitted to IEEE for further publication (IEEE Xplore). No-shows will not be available on IEEE Xplore or other public access IEEE forums. IEEE will maintain an archive of no-shows. No refund of the paid fees can be claimed by the no-show author.
